After President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s inauguration, the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Bosun Tijani, has returned to work.

President Tinubu swore in 45 new ministers on Monday, including Tijani.

Tijani asked the leaders of the agencies under the ministry to get started right away in a conversation with them.

He promised to develop regulations that would revolutionize the sector.

He claimed that by working effectively with important players in the sector, he would build on the successes the ministry has had so far.

Prof. Isa Pantami was succeeded as Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy by Tijani.

Among the organizations under the ministry are the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Galaxy Backbone, the Nigerian Postal Service (NPS), the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), and Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited.
